SHIPPING CONDITIONS FOR PENINSULAR SPAIN
The shipment will be made by the express courier company. The home delivery period will be 24/48 or 48/72 hours (business days) depending on the selection of the client and the target population.
In some cases, depending on the availability of the product, our incident team will contact you to inform you of the delivery time once the desired product is available.
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any time preference for delivery between morning or afternoon, you can indicate it in the observations of the order and the transport company will try to comply with it according to your route and schedule possibilities .
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the customer, therefore, CARRASPORT SL assumes no responsibility when the delivery cannot be made as a result of the fact that the data provided is not correct, inaccurate or incomplete. In case the delivery address is wrong or the recipient modifies it later, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the event that the order is rejected by the recipient or the recipient is absent, CARRASPORT SL assumes no responsibility and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the value of the new postage.
DELIVERY IN HOSPITALS AND / OR PUBLIC BUILDINGS
Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, public organizations and other places where there are restrictions for access to the general public, will be delivered at the reception, or similar place, as long as delivery by hand to the recipient itself is not possible. In this case, we will try to collect the signature of the receptionist or similar, and the order will be considered as delivered, assuming no responsibility derived from the moment after delivery. To achieve a more effective delivery of your order, we need to make sure you provide us with as much information as possible, such as department name, room number, plant number, recipient's full name.
RETURN FROM HOME
To make your return you must do it within 14 calendar days , counted from the date of receipt of the shipment, send us an e-mail through the following address:

Once contacted we will send you a courier for free to pick up your order.
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included in your case. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking the state of the same, the amount will be refunded (EXCEPT TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES) according to the payment method made by the customer in a period not exceeding 7 days.
In the event of return of defective factory products and / or shipments of merchandise other than that requested , it will be CARRASPORT SL who will be responsible for the return costs , provided that the customer communicates this circumstance.
In case the customer has created a defect in the product , we will not take care of that return.
If the customer requested a partial return of an order with free shipping and the final amount of the purchase did not exceed € 50 (for free shipping), the corresponding transportation costs would be deducted from the payment for the final purchase amount.
We have four forms of payment.
1. Credit card: For your safety CARRASPORT SL has relied on the payment system to la Caixa, through its payment gateway. The bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the servers of the bank and, subsequently, are verified with the issuing bank to avoid possible fraud and abuse. Additionally, suppliers or issuers of payment methods can adopt anti-fraud measures, which entail the rejection of certain types of operations. CARRASPORT SL is not responsible for the application of this type of security policy
2. Cash on delivery: By choosing this form, payment is made at the time of receiving the merchandise at the address indicated in your order. Shipping against reimbursement will incur an additional surcharge of € 1 regardless of the amount of the purchase. Only applicable in Peninsular Spain, excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
4. Bank transfer or deposit account: You can make the payment of the order via bank transfer or by entering the amount of the order in the account number indicated in the purchase order.
OFFER VALIDITY PRICE AND DEADLINE
All prices shown on the product sheet include 21% VAT. Prices are expressed in euros. The applicable price will be the one recorded at the time the customer makes the purchase, except for typographical error or lack of availability. The published prices are valid until the end of the validity of the offer. The offers, sales and promotions that could be displayed on the website to increase the sale of certain products are only valid while they appear on the website, unless otherwise specified therein. The offers, sales and promotions are duly marked and identified as such.
All orders are subject to product availability. If there are any incidents regarding their supply, or if there are no items in stock, the customer will be informed immediately and any amount that could have been paid will be refunded.
